Rates

$35 for Therapy Sessions with a Professional Student Intern (no health insurance necessary)

$150 Initial Therapy Intake Appointment (may be covered by insurance)

$140 for 55 minute Therapy Session (may be covered by insurance)

$280 for 60 minute Public Presentation (NOT covered by insurance)

Insurance

We are “in-network” with BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois PPO (not HMO) and Aetna.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for virtual mental health services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Does my health insurance plan cover virtual therapy sessions. 
• Do I have a copay or coinsurance?  If so, what is it?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

We also accept “out of network” insurance benefits. Most other PPO insurance plans have “out-of-network” benefits and you may be reimbursed for all or part of your session.  Please contact your -health insurance to learn if you have “out-of-network” benefits. 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

A valid credit/debit card must be on file at all times.

If you are responsible for a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or private pay, your credit card on file will be debited at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee ($50).
